  • I select or combine the types of massage above to specifically tailor each treatment to you, so you don’t need to choose a specific type of massage you book.

You don’t have to have the same type of massage every time you come, one day you may have a specific issue and another you may just want to relax!

  • First Treatment

Firstly, we will talk through what you would like to get from the treatment as well as your medical history, lifestyle and physical activities/sports you participate in.

Secondly, we will do some postural and movement assessment - which you can’t fail!

Then I will explain my treatment plan, check you’re happy with it, and move into treatment.

After treatment I will give you some tailored homecare advice and exercises. I will provide video links for homecare exercises within 7 days of your treatment.

    Follow Up Treatments

We will have a short discussion about any changes since your first treatment and a quick postural + movement assessment before treatment.
